  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website, you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 9:00 pm.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    Yes, undercover parking is available to all our guests on a first come, first served basis.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Luma Luma Holiday Apartments are non-smoking.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No. But there is an award-winning bakery on the ground floor. We serve breakfast.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, All rooms have access to wireless internet.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a pool terrace with a BBQ area.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    We are close to both Woolworths and Coles supermarkets for your grocery needs. Other smaller specialised retail shops can be found in Smith Street Mall and scattered along the main streets within the heart of the CBD.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    We are walking distance to many restaurants that can be found around the heart of the city. A simple walk around the corner or across the street, or a little stroll out further to the Waterfront & Wharf precinct, Mitchell Street.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
